A woman, wife and mother-to-be, I mentor self-aware women + couples in building true union partnerships and breaking generational cycles for yourselves, your children and your lineage to come.

This work is about creating the kind of relationship you want to spend the rest of your life in, and the kind you want your children to grow up in.

As a 4x certified coach, with a decade of my own lived experience and over 5 years experience of coaching women and couples, our work together is a full spectrum mentorship designed to help you mature into the people, partners, and parents you’re meant to be.

All while getting to experience the joy, intimacy, safety, freedom and aliveness that comes from walking this path, and doing the deep, beautiful, imperfect work of knowing and learning how to love yourself and one another better.

  • I bring a wealth of expertise through extensive training in integrated, science-based, somatic, and trauma-informed methodologies, providing a safe and effective pathway for healing and growth.

    Qualifications include:

    • VITA™ Certified Love, Sex & Relationship Coach (Layla Martin, 650 hours), specializing in Relationship Transformation and Female Sexuality, with additional study in Men’s Sexuality.

    • Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy (The Embody Lab)

    • Female Form Ayurveda & Tantra Practitioner (Katie Silcox, The Shakti School)

    • Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN HCTP), with a focus on Hormone Health.

  • With over four years of experience and training in women's health, I offer valuable expertise in hormonal health, cyclical rhythms, and masculine/feminine dynamics - key yet often overlooked factors that profoundly influence relationship patterns and success.

  • I’ve spent the last decade dedicated to my own personal and relational evolution. From struggling with a lack of identity and self-love, toxic relationship patterns, and repeatedly choosing emotionally unavailable men, to now being married to the love of my life, in a deeply fulfilling, conscious partnership, and preparing physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally to start our family - I really have walked this path the whole way through, and I have a wealth of embodied lessons to draw from to support you.

    I intimately understand what it feels like to desire something different for yourself, and I know exactly what it takes to create it.

  • My 1:1 and Couple’s Coaching is a highly individualized experience, designed to meet you exactly where you are on your journey. Together, we’ll explore your unique circumstances, uncover the patterns and blocks that may be holding you back, and address the specific challenges you face in relationship. This personalised approach ensures we create meaningful, sustainable change that aligns with your deepest desires and supports your vision for the future.
