I’m a woman & a wife first, who’s intentionally preparing for motherhood, and it is from this foundation that I mentor women + couples in transforming the way you relate, so you can build true union partnerships and break generational cycles for yourselves, your children and your lineage to come.

As a 4x certified coach, with a decade of my own lived experience and over 5 years experience of coaching women and couples, our work together is a full spectrum mentorship designed to help you mature into the people, partners, and parents you’re meant to be.

All while getting to experience the joy, intimacy, safety, freedom and aliveness that comes from walking this path, and doing the deep, beautiful, imperfect work of knowing and learning how to love yourself and one another better.

We live in a world where separation within ourselves, between one another, and between men & women is being perpetuated, and the family unit is being eroded.

But the truth is - we were never meant to do this alone.

There is immense power in men and women rising together.

In working to understand our biological, emotional and psycho-spiritual differences, and then choosing to honour them and co-create through them.

In remembering our wholeness, and in helping others to remember theirs.

In cultivating deep, devotional partnership that supports the fullest expression of both individuals, and is in service to creating a better world.

And in raising children who don’t have to heal from the work we didn’t do.
