It means choosing to devote to your healing - explicitly not an endless conveyor belt of healing, but intentional, purposeful healing that begets your wholeness, and your ability to relate from your wholeness instead of from your wounds.

I’m a woman & a wife first, who’s intentionally preparing for motherhood, and it is from this foundation that I mentor women + couples along the path of Union - all the way from single, through dating, relationship, and marriage.
I’ve walked - and continue to walk - this path myself, evolving out of old ways of relating, shifting patterns, cultivating self-responsibility, and learning how to become truly ready, available, and a match for the love and union I longed for.
With over a decade of lived experience including my own journey into and through marriage, and 5 years of professional coaching expertise & training, I meet you where you are, guiding you to step fully into yourself, into relationship, and into the conscious union partnership you’re longing to build.
