If you want something different for yourself, and for your (future) children, then you have to understand that it starts with you.

I’ve walked every step of the path you’re on, and I intimately understand the longing, the aching, the fear, the frustration, the self-protection, and that deep down question of, “will I get to have this?”

Whilst there is a loose structure and shared themes for women working towards union partnership, your journey starts exactly where you are and we go from there.
My work blends coaching and mentorship, combining open conversation, guided contemplation, somatic practice, and support with integration and embodiment.You’ll cultivate self-awareness, self-responsibility, self-trust, and self-leadership, because you are your own greatest authority, and I sincerely believe the answers you need already live within you.
At the same time, I bring over a decade of lived experience, five years of coaching practice, and expertise from multiple certifications and trainings.

You don’t have to go it alone, this is deep work that is meant to be navigated alongside a mentor who knows the path.

I get it… there's something that feels exposing or vulnerable about it, about investing financially into love and relationship. Like it means you've failed at something that's supposed to come naturally?

We have a midwife to support us in pregnancy and birth. Teachers throughout our lives to teach us the things we don’t know yet.
