MEET YOUR COACH —
Hi my love, I’m Amber Rose.
I’m a woman, a wife, and a mentor for growth-focused women who are ready to create the life + love they know in their bones they’re meant for.
I first birthed Sacred Woman in 2021, after a significant breakup that showed me so many of my wounds and how I was living + relating from them.
Initially Sacred Woman was a journey of feminine reclamation through the lens of their menstrual cycle - a space for women to know themselves as powerful, feminine, cyclical women, and to define what it meant to be them to be a woman.
I facilitated 5 beautiful, magical rounds of that program, and with each round it evolved, as did I. The feedback I received from every woman inside was that it taught them how to know themselves, and how to love themselves.
Then I paused, for a 2+ year death + rebirth portal (hello Saturn return), which saw me meet the love of my life, move countries, move through a pregnancy and a devastating loss, get engaged, get married, and find myself right back here, on the path of the Sacred Woman. Of course.
Wiser. Deeper. More mature. More embodied.
I didn’t plan to bring Sacred Woman back, I simply said yes.
Because this work matters, it matters so much. I truly think it’s the most important, foundational, life-shifting work we can do.
And I would be so honoured to walk with you and teach you everything I’ve learnt along the way.

We begin with our Opening Ceremony on the equinox, September 22nd 2025.
Final date to join will be September 15th, as prior to the Opening Ceremony every woman will receive a 1:1 session to clarify your intentions for your journey.

This is a hybrid pre-recorded + live course, so each of the core weeks there will be content released into your course portal, as well as a live call.
All calls will be recorded and uploaded to your course portal within 24 hours.
I do strongly encourage you to attend live as much as possible, because being in circle with the other women is a huge part of the journey, but of course I understand that sometimes life happens.
Please note that women do join from all around the world. I will take into account the timezones of the group and do my best to choose a time that works for as many people as possible, however I can’t guarantee that it will be your preferred time.

Yes. You’ll receive two 1:1 sessions with me — one at the start of your journey (Desire Mapping & Intention Setting) and one at the end of your journey (Integration & Embodiment).
Additional 1:1 sessions can be purchased separately if you desire.

Yes. Sacred Woman is trauma-informed, nervous system-safe, and held with great care.
That said, I cannot guarantee that you won’t get triggered, by myself or another group member.
This space is best for women who are resourced and ready for a growth-focused, embodied group experience.
Please do note that it is not a substitute for therapy.

Sacred Woman isn’t about performing an aesthetic or trying to be ‘enough’ of something — in fact, it’s about actively de-conditioning from performance and ‘not enough’, and learning how to be with yourself fully, honestly, and lovingly. You belong here as you are.

You don’t need to “keep up.” Sacred Woman is designed to meet you where you are, and I invite you to trust that what you learn, integrate and embody through the journey is exactly what you need, and what is right for you, during this season of life.
You will have access to the course content for a year after your cohort completes, so you’ve got plenty of time to get to the rest.

This is such a valid fear and one I’ve heard often - and yes, I went through this too.
There’s often a lot there for us to look at, and I’ll be completely honest with you - it isn’t always going to be the most comfortable experience. But it is also one of the most transformative and empowering things we can do. It truly has the power to liberate us on so many levels.
The woman you’re becoming is already on the other side of this fear.
And… you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be held. You’ll be guided. And you’ll walk together with a circle of women who are all doing the work alongside you.
You get to do this step by step, moving at the pace of your most vulnerable parts, and tending to yourself every step of the way.
And Sacred Woman is designed to be loving. Like being wrapped in a warm hug. You’re going to be okay.
